 CHECK IN / CHECK OUTCheck-in time 2 PM DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTSA deposit must be received within 7 days of booking with the balance to be paid on arrival. For school holidays and long weekends, full payment must be received 2 weeks prior to arrival. MINIMUM STAYSMinimum stay of two nights on weekends, 3 nights on longweekends, and 7 nights for the Christmas School Holidays. SURCHARGESA surcharge of $25.00 applies to all single night bookings, subject to availability. CANCELLATION POLICY One month’s notice required for bookings during long weekends and school holidays. 7 days notice required for bookings outside of peak times. Cancellation fees apply and deposit retained if cancellation falls outside of required notification times. |
