The Coraki Experience

Coraki offers visitors a relaxed atmosphere and activities to suit everyone.

  • A safe open playground for the children or family games, great lawns for the family cricket or footy match and bushland tracks and foreshore for outdoor exploring and adventures. Eddie the emu is fun for the kids (and adults too).
  • Canoeing is popular, especially on smooth summer mornings, so bring your kayak or canoe.

  • Fishing 200m from your doorstep for bream, King George whiting, mulloway and herring. The foreshore in front of Coraki and the Lower King Bridge over the tidal King River beside our driveway are popular fishing spots. (And you’ll always have the pelicans for hungry company!)

  • Birdwatching along bush trails or shoreline, or right from your verandah. The estate and surrounding region are home to many different and rare bird species, making our cottages a popular destination for birdwatchers.
